Tequila / Someday EP (Mt. Fuji, 2009)
This 5-song CD compiles three brand new studio tracks from the Listen to The Thunder sessions and two terrific live recordings. The new studio songs are Tequila Sunday (the only track here that also appears on the Thunder album), Someday Baby and I Have Found, which is a re-recording of a Maldives favorite from the self-titled 2006 album. Also included is an astonishing live version of Whidbey Island Blues (Cabin Demo) arranged and recorded in the Gadbois family cabin on Whidbey Island, the studio version of which appears on the Thunder album. Closing the set is By The Wind Sailor recorded live at KEXP in Seattle, as introduced by the one and only Don Slack.
